We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn watches in their original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange, provided the protective films are still intact.
How do I care for my leather strap?
To prolong the life of your leather strap, avoid contact with water, perfumes, or oils. If the strap becomes wet, pat it dry with a soft cloth and allow it to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources.
Does my watch come with a warranty?
Every Paulin watch comes with a comprehensive two-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects in the movement, hands, and dial. It does not cover wear and tear or damage caused by accidents.
Can I change the strap on my Paulin watch?
Yes, most of our watches feature quick-release spring bars, allowing you to swap straps easily without the need for specialized tools. This allows you to customize your timepiece to suit any occasion.
