Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Watch
Place the watch securely in its original presentation box and protective outer packaging to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our workshop inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
